We understand it can be daunting to do business with a company you haven’t dealt with before. Let’s face it. At the initial stages you know very little about the company you are about to deal with apart from may be a web page or a phone number!
You may begin to worry about a whole range of things.

Will the goods actually arrive? What will the quality be like? What will the product look like? Will it work? …… etc etc. That’s why we’d like to share with you the way we do business to put you at ease:

In the beginning

• We receive your initial enquiry;
• A member from our friendly Pricing team contacts you to acknowledge your enquiry and if necessary ask further questions to clarify your requirements.

• We prepare a no-obligation quotation and send it to you;
• We give you time to review the price and prepare any questions you may have;
• We contact you to obtain your thoughts on our price and to answer any questions you may have.

• We trust you have found our pricing favourable and are ready to order;
• We receive your order;
• We send you a Credit Application Form to complete;
• We enter your product details into our computer system;
• We send you an Order Acknowledgement which confirms the price (as quoted) and the delivery date.

• Depending on the cost of the product we may make a couple of samples for you to review before proceeding with volume production. We will always do this if the product cost and hence your investment is high. We like to make sure you will be satisfied before completing your order!
• Production continues & your order is completed.

• Your parts are inspected for compliance to the job specification;
• Following approval your parts are packed ready for delivery;
• Your parts are delivered to you together with an Invoice. Our standard terms are 30 Days from end of month.
